"Stuff the Bankers, Starve the Kids"

Robert Scheer wrote a great article regarding the fallout from the failure of the Schwarzenegger-backed ballot initiatives (which I wrote about in this post).

Schwarznegger inherited a huge deficet. He was making progress - without raising taxes - until the recession hit. But I know, this is making you angry. Filters. Filters.

Thanks for your comment, "Anonymous"! You are awesome!

I might be mistaken, but haven't you left comments on my blog before?

Please! Feel free to leave comments on my blog anytime, despite our apparent differences in opinion. Its what makes our country great!

I would leave a comment on your blog if I could, but I don't even know if you have a blog! I don't even know who you are, if you are truly concerned with my blog and making a sincere effort to have a dialogue with my blog, or if you are just pasting the same comment on every blog you can find that is critical of Gov. Schwarzenegger in regards to the current financial crisis in California.

But that's OK! Keep leaving comments! They make me happy! Even with all your careless spelling errors! Or perhaps English is not your first language? Indulge yourself!

However, back to your comment, I don't mind supporting my country and my democratically-elected government by paying taxes. I think taxes need to be raised in California, I have no problem with that at all!

The problem with Republicans is that they want to have their cake and eat it too! They want to have the greatest government in the world but they don't want to have to support them monetarily! They want to reap the benefits of economic freedom but they don't want to pay their dues. That is the reason our great State (but I'm not sure where you're from, so I don't know if it is OUR great state, but that's OK) is in such a financial mess!

So, there you have it, I know for a fact you won't come back to this posting to read my response, but for what its worth, I respect you and more power to you!
